In our application, there are some process which access the same FDB database
file, and the firebrid server is Firebird-2.1.3.18185-0.
Long time database and short time connection are both used.
No response from the server to the new connection when some server
sockets'(3050) status change to "CLOSE_WAIT".
And after about 12 hours later, the server recovery automatically.
We do not know the exactly way to reproduce it.
