make ISQL do NOT open transaction just after is launched

currently ISQL after it's launch starts two (if no key '-N' present) or one (if
there is '-N' key) transaction.
In any case this transaction(s) are in RW mode.
This leads to garbage piling when I have started ISQL on my production and
forgot about it for a while.
Can it be issued COMMIT immediatelly after ISQL launch ? Or just make it NOT to
start transaction(s) ?
