Connecting to DB freezes

Hallo,
since I updated my MacOSX from SnowLeopard to Lion I can not connect me to any
database. Even with the commandline-programm isql I can not connect me!
Do you have any Idea what the problem maybe is?
I try to connect this way:
isql localhost:/Volumes/PRG/Lazarus/WGVW/DB/1.2/WGVW_UTF8.FDB
After this nothing happens ...
