Install FB 1.5, 2.0, or 2.1.
Connect to a database
Perform a backup with -IG option.
Success
Install FB 2.5.0 or 2.5.1.
Connect to a database
Perform a backup with -IG option.
Failure - Bad parameters on attach or create database.
The database has already been backed up and restored with FB 2.5 installed, so
it is the correct ODS level.
This looks similar to CORE-3415 however that user said his error was the wrong
ODS level. This is not the case here. I see nothing ine release notes that
-IG is not allowed.
