If we speak about statements that issued by UDR - certainly. But if we
speak about
UDR itself - what set of privileges should it have ? So far there are two
propositions:
a) explicit grant privileges to UDR (same as P-SQL objects)
b) allow UDR to inherit privileges of creator\owner user
BTW, second options is the only way in MSSQL even when work with TSQL objects.
BTW2, both features could co-exists.
We should decide if we need one of them, or both, or something else...
