There is not only the problem of migrate older databases to new engine, 
but there is also the contrary problem.

if people found problems in production that can't be workaround-ed 
easily, they must downgrade as fast as possible.

If you create different BLR for compatible procedures, that downgrade 
will not be possible anymore with gbak.

We need, I think, a safe approach of metadata extraction (I'm not sure 
ISQL is safe), and data extraction/reload.
