Yes. Direct changing system tables was not changed. I'd prohibit it
but I cannot make such decision. I guess the main reason is to keep
some tools working. May be to add config option which handle this
option: DisableSystemTablesChanging = true
I'd choose TRUE as default value. It will stimulate users to use DDL
commands but in the same time will provide a  way to revert behavior
for legacy tools.

Other ideas?
