For any times I've read about different features - hey, why are you supporting ... <substitute almost any feature - one do not like embedded connections (cause need to support them complicates from there POV firebird code), others - remote (cause uniform & nice from ther POV HTTP access can be used instead)>. So please - let's not call features pointless, useless, etc. as long as we do not use them, do not need them (or think so), do not understand them.
