So is `sc` or Xxx-Service cmdlets. As a benefit you can use the same
commands no matter what you're managing.

So is with PS. The advantage is that if admin sees immediatelly (s)he
has option to use standard command line tools, (s)he might feel more
familiar. Especially if scripting something from the scratch.

I was just proposing to keep it more or less fresh and up-to-date. If is
*sounds* complicated so be it.
