   At first, these changes can affects only Windows developers. Nothing has 
been changed 
for POSIX build.
   Second, even for Windows developers nothing changed in the way they do 
build. If they 
ran boot_build after each change - they still will do it. If they copied 
autoconfig_msvc.h 
into autoconfig.h - they still can do it. In both cases the build will run as 
usual.
   Adapting changes to exotic builds are up to their maintainers.
   Isn't all this too obvious?..
