This primary issue, Dimitry, is that you are making changes without any 
consultation, assuming that your vision of a problem/solution is the right one 
for everyone else.  

You need to post details of problems that you see along with a proposed 
solution for discussion.

Your solution may be correct, but it may not be, and the last thing people need 
is for arbitrary changes to be checked-in and have that prevent them from doing 
their own changes.

Communication is key, especially for a distributed project.
