New connection to the server hangs

firebird.exe is 3.0.6.33296, snapshot build
original installation was 3.0.5 release, which was updated to snapshot build
when this issue first appeared.

Hello,
symptoms:
established connections are working without problem, but new connection hangs,
tried from .net, ibeexpert.
Please mail me if you would like to have process dump.
Please let me know if there is anything else that i could provide to help with
investigation of the issue.
When it happens again, is there anything that i could try to resolve such issue
without killing the process?
