New connections to database server sometimes stall, when there is existing connection to database. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: CORE-6347 URL: http://tracker.firebirdsql.org/browse/CORE-6347 Project: Firebird Core Issue Type: Bug Affects Versions: 3.0.6 Environment: Windows 10 64 bit Firebird 3.0.6 32 bit ServerMode is commented out - so it should be Super. CPU: AMD Athlon II X2 250 dual core 3 GHz Reporter: Virgo Pärna Priority: Blocker When there is already existing connection to one database on server, then attempting to connect to server sometimes stalls. Even when trying to connect databases, that do not exist. And when that happens, then original open connection also stalls. I wrote powershell script to connect 36 databases (using ado.net database driver), of which only first exists. And I connected first database in Flamerobin and then executed the script. It successfully connected first database, failed to open next 5 (because those do not exist) and then attempting to connect next database stalled. And when I tried to disconnect Flamerobin from first database it stalled also. Problem does not appear on Firebird 3.0.5 -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA. - If you think it was sent incorrectly contact one of the administrators: http://tracker.firebirdsql.org/secure/Administrators.jspa - For more information on JIRA, see: http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira Firebird-Devel mailing list, web interface at https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/firebird-devel
