I found two points in my notes abou this subject:
- ask what SET TRANSACTION RESTART REQUESTS is good for :)
- it is new feature in Firebird 2.0 (Firebird 1.5.6 will raise error Token
unknown RESTART)

before FB 2.0 was released:
