Agreed.

Agreed.

This is equally agreed! I've been using a later version of XML Mind 
(4.3.0_01) for some time with the use of xincludes. I have to make sure 
I remembered to comment  them out before adding/updating CVS. Leaving 
them in would be much better. (In my opinion.)

No rush - they can exist side by side wuite happily, except the later 
version of XML Mind doesn't appear to like the entities any more.
