Frank, I have one and really like it!

What gear ratio do you have? I have a 2.56 and it really changed the
attitude of the car! Now I need to find a posi and a 2.73!

The shifter does not come out in the correct location without a lot of
work.
Work that I have not done yet. If you take a look at David Pozzi's site
that
will give you an idea of what is involved with the process.

Also, you will need a different crossmember. the TH400 crossmember will
work
but it needs to be played with to get it to work. I have been toying
with
the idea of using a 200r4 conversion crossmember since I think that is
closer to the actual crossmember needed. I also have found a guy who
will
make a custom one for around 450... a little rich for my blood...

The drive shaft will need to be shortened. Mine was shortened about
1.5"
over all. You'll need a TH400 yoke as well.

In my case I needed a 26 spline clutch disc as well.

I've heard some people say that the Richmond transmissions do not shift
very
well... I don't know about that, mine shifts very smoothly. I rebuilt
the
Hurst Shifter that I bought mine with and shifts very well! I've just
have
to make a few minor changes to it and it will be read to go!

I've got a bit more, but I've gotta run to class!
