Sheen,
If you're worried about rust on rotors that are not on the car,
paint the hat and the rotor edges with high-temp paint, then (after the
paint dries) spray down the rotor surfaces with WD-40 and store them in
a dry environment. Be sure to clean the rotor surface with brake
cleaner thoroughly before mounting them on the car so that the car will
stop when you hit the brakes. :)

Getting my rotors turned tonight but probably won't actually get to
drive the car until summer (the goal). Any advice on possibly something
to spray on the rotors to keep them from rusting but won't mess up the
pads?
