a 400 is just a bored over 389 BUT and a big BUT...
pontiac changed valve angles in '67
Therefore...
you cannot use 66 and earlier heads with the 400 pistons
SO
if you have a 389 that needs overbored..buy over sized 389 pistons if you
plan on retaining your 389's original heads.
