First Generation Firebird-L Mailing List ......................................................................... Who makes a good drum to disc conversion kit for a 68 Firebird? I know it's probably cheaper to use junkyard parts from an old GM A or X body, but if I don't want to find, remove, recondition, paint, etc. old parts - who makes the best all inclusive kit? I have seen many with varying prices. I am not concerned about being 100% original, I just want to install a good system. Thoughts on disc/drum or 4 wheel disc? Also what is the minimum rim backspacing I will need for the new discs? Thanks. Timothy J. Schmitt
