I went with disks in front and upgraded drums in the rear for 2 reasons: I wont have to modify or fab anything for the e-brake cables, and the disks for a non c-clip rear axle were much more pricy.
I've heard negative feedback on several forums about SS brakes. I decided on MP because of pricing and feedback. Hope this helps, I'll see how everything looks when it gets here next week. I know it's probably cheaper to use junkyard parts from an old GM A or X body, but if I don't want to find, remove, recondition, paint, etc. old parts - who makes the best all inclusive kit? I have seen many with varying prices. I am not concerned about being 100% original, I just want to install a good system. Thoughts on disc/drum or 4 wheel disc?
