They are basically the same. 1969 moved the push rod hole up for more leverage and has a longer bent rod though the firewall. Some info in link below. Also the newer style clutch fork they sale for the first gen needs a longer pivot ball stud to work right.
http://www.pozziracing.com/first_gen_clutch_linkage.htm I am converting a 69 Conv from an automatic to a Muncie 4 speed and am in need of the brake and clutch pedals. I purchased a pedal set from CI which cannot fit, and now have been told that the pedals for the 69 are different from the 67, and 68s. I am assuming that that is true (?) (I originally thought that I had to change the pedal carrier bracket.) I also need the cover on the center consul that is for the manual transmission.
