First Generation Firebird-L Mailing List ......................................................................... Hi everyone,
After extensive bodywork on my bird I am ready to do a mock-up of parts on the rear end (cocktail shakers, bumper, tail lights, etc). before prep for final paint. Does anyone have a special technique for re-installing the cocktail shakers? I can't seem to get them back in without scratching the trunk floor. I took these things out about 8 years ago and can't remember how I did it. I've measured and re-measured and they will fit but they just don't want to easily go back into place. I'd hate to have to force them in with a rubber mallet with new paint in the trunk! Any ideas? Thanks in advance, Dale '68 Conv in Oz. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Submissions to Firebird-L: <[email protected]> Unsubscribe from Firebird-L: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Help: <http://FirstGenFirebird.org/firebird/Firebird-L.html> Classifieds: <http://FirstGenFirebird.org/ubb/> Owner Pictures: <http://FirstGenFirebird.org/show/> Donations: <http://FirstGenFirebird.org/store/cart.mv?999999> FGF Merchandise: <http://FirstGenFirebird.org/store>
