If you haven't done so already, I would file a grievance with E-bay and neg feedback this guy. If you paid by Paypal you might be able to get your money back through them. Also there is a forum to post warnings on the First Gen web site. It's only $20 now but these guys usually continue to screw people if you let them get away with it. These people think their immune on the internet but in fact it's a very powerful tool that when used properly can make it very difficult for these idiots to operate autonomously.
