The problem is they can't do anything if it's longer than 45 days. Maybe that guy knew that to buy time and change his screen name in doing so? Anyway, I'm still trying to get my money back. Also there is a forum to post warnings on the First Gen web site. It's only $20 now but these guys usually continue to screw people if you let them get away with it. These people think their immune on the internet but in fact it's a very powerful tool that when used properly can make it very difficult for these idiots to operate autonomously.
