I am writing mostly to vent, but want to see what goes on elsewhere. In our great state of Ohio, the parts store charges you sales tax on the core charge even if you walk in with the core. Basically they tax you on nothing. They charge you a core charge and sales tax on the core charge, then refund you the core charge only and the state keeps the tax. This REALLY pisses me off. Another way to get your money from you. I bought front calipers for my 67 from Murrays. They went to do this to me and I told them to stick the calipers in their ears, I'm not paying tax on something I did not buy. They reluctantly gave me discount equal to the tax on the core to make the sale. But this is at all the stores not just one. No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG.
