I think I just may. I handed over piston/pin/rod to them as well for them to calc the bobweight. I aslo gave them a very detailed spreadsheet of all my rod end-to-end and piston/pin balance work. The numbers are within +/- 0.1 g. They assumed values for the rings and bearings even though I had them written down on my balance sheet. And, I asked them what they used for bobweight and all their numbers were a couple grams off. The worse was the little end, which was 7 g off from my measurements, which I did in triplicate. I've lost trust/faith with these guys. Sheen> Yes, find a different machine shop. I have had experience with Ohio Crankshaft and have not had any issues, it was a minor balance. > Thanks, Kevin> "In God We Trust"> _________________________________________________________________ Discover the new Windows Vista http://search.msn.com/results.aspx?q=windows+vista&mkt=en-US&form=QBRE ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Submissions to Firebird-L: <[email protected]> Unsubscribe from Firebird-L: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Help: <http://FirstGenFirebird.org/firebird/Firebird-L.html> Classifieds: <http://FirstGenFirebird.org/ubb/> Owner Pictures: <http://FirstGenFirebird.org/show/> Donations: <http://FirstGenFirebird.org/store/cart.mv?999999> FGF Merchandise: <http://FirstGenFirebird.org/store>
