I used my orginal windows. I have not had to change my door panels or rear qtr covers to accomadate the switches on my 68'. You place the switches exactly where the window cranks were. You may be able to see a part (quarter moon) of the outline of the indentation left by the window crank but it's only noticable if you strain your eyes, lol. The only switch that is tricky is the driver door 4-way switch. It goes in the same location as the crank but you have to be careful to get the rectangular switch matched up with the rectangular hole in the door frame. Not difficult, just takes some care. One caveat, I haven't set the qtr glass on the regulator wheel yet. It appears to sit off with about a 1/2" to 1" gap, i.e. they don't line up well. I'm not sure if the quarters came with a different mounting bracket on the glass and that's the problem or it's something else. Brent, did you have to do anything to your qtr glass to get them to mount right? Thanks, SHeen> Hi Larry,> > The glass stays the same.
