THanks for the PN. I'll check this out later tonight. Yes, you have to cut the 
circle cut out where the window crank is into a square for the switch. The 
driver door one is a 4-way so you have to cut a rectangle out for that. But, 
the switch trim pretty much hides the round indentation left be the handles. 
Espcially, if you use some care to get them positioned best to cover the most 
of it.
