First Generation Firebird-L Mailing List
.........................................................................
Hello there,
A couple of things regarding your future purchase. After restoring and buying
a couple older cars over the years I have come to the conclusion that it is
always a better deal price wise to purchase a vehicle that is all done versus
restoring one if it is done to your done to your liking. Now that being said
that can be a rather open ended question. As far as this specific car is
concerned he has done almost excatly what I am doin with my 69 and I already
have well over 15k in the car it is not running,so if you can buy the car for
under that I would it would be a good deal depending upon the rust
issues/condition of course.
For that kind $$$ I would definatley get a inspection prior to purchase but
the car does look nice. You current firebird will easily cost you 15 grand to
get to condition of the car you looking at on Ebay. Hope this helps my friend.
 Phil
