First Generation Firebird-L Mailing List ......................................................................... Hey Niklas, glad your doing a few things on the new bird! If your Wheel wells are a mix of old and new so to speak, I would diffinately Suggest the aftermarket moldings. They are softer than original and you can slightly mold them to the exact contour of the wheel well opening and slightly shape them. This can be done gently by hand & your good to go.
Brett - 67 Drop Top 455 (Seattle) From: "Ridell, Niklas (C.N.)" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Do wheelhouse opening moldings fit on after market quarters? The moldings are missing on my new bird and it looks kinda naked. The quarter panels have been replaced with aftermarket ones and I have noticed the fender lip does not have the correct angle. Interested to hear if anyone got some experience of this. Should the fender lip have been adjusted to fit the wheel housing when they replaced the quarter? /Niklas ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Submissions to Firebird-L: <[email protected]> Unsubscribe from Firebird-L: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Help: <http://FirstGenFirebird.org/firebird/Firebird-L.html> Classifieds: <http://FirstGenFirebird.org/ubb/> Owner Pictures: <http://FirstGenFirebird.org/show/> Donations: <http://FirstGenFirebird.org/store/cart.mv?999999> FGF Merchandise: <http://FirstGenFirebird.org/store>
