It does not appear to be bent at all. There were no clearance issues with the 
400 crank. I'll remove the bolts tonight and check for binding with the 
dipstick tube. It's possible there could be some stress/minor deflection in the 
tray from tapping the lower tube in place after tightening the baffle down. If 
that's not the problem, I'll go with a set of washers.
