The repo spring is 3 inches long - 5/8 inch in diameter. But as I said I thought it was too strong. (I think my replacement was about the same length and about 3/8" to 1/2" diameter.)

The screws are all installed now, but as I recall the 2 screws that hold the vacuum motor were either #12 or #14 sheet metal screws about 1" to 1-1/4" long. They go through the plastic kick panel into the metal behind it.
