The pedal going to the floor seems to suggest the master cylinder has failed. If you had a solid pedal before and you have not had to top off an empty reservoir for leakage, I would bet on the master cylinder. If you have found the master dry and topped it off, you could have air in the lines now. Before going to all the trouble to replace the master, I would bleed the brakes again just to be sure there isn't any air trapped in the lines from leakage past a bad caliper seal or in the line sets. Stainless lines can be a problem to get a tight seal. You could draw air through a leaking connection that didn't weep enough to cause problems.
