I need some help with the driver side door latch of my recently acquired 67 Firebird.? I can't get the door to open.? Both the outside and inside handles work fine and connected to the latch.? I removed the door panel to see if I can gain access to the latch but no luck.? It appears that something inside the latch assembly broke and won't release the latch. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
