pull both you jamb switches..
 
see if the wire is connected and has not fallen off causing a ground, thus 
turning on the lights.
 
also, (may sound dumb) check to make sure the head light switch is not on.
 
spin it to the left (ccw) as to shut them off.
 
start there and let us know

I've got a weird problem in my 67 coupe where the interior lights won't
turn
off unless I pull the fuse.  Any suggestions for troubleshooting this?
