Alright, lets clear some stuff up...

a 67 to 68 Camaro fender will work on a Firebird. It will physically fit the car. The emblem holes however will be in the wrong locations. If you have a 67 fender you're much better off because you only have some small trim holes to weld up. If you get a 68 fender you have to fill the turn signal hole. As for being correct, no it isn't correct but it does work. You will need a template for drilling the correct emblem holes.

So it works, but isn't correct.

Well, the marker light thing explains the bad patch job on my firebird fender. I was wondering why the previous owner put in a square patch on a 'rust spot' like that.

But... also a proof the camaro fender fits our birds.
