I have front seats out of a 98 Camaro in my 69. All you need to do to bolt them in is make a small piece of metal about an inch square (drill a hole in it) and weld to the end of the 98 tracks to get the holes lined up. The newer tracks are just about an inch too short. I know they make better seats, but these aren't bad, especially compared to the originals.

I am considering replacing the stock seats with newer style but still
factory seats.

Will later gen front seats bolt in easily such as gen 2 3 or 4? What about
other model seats, such as G6, G8, or current GTO seats? Im not worried
about power seats, manual is fine.

I'm trying to keep a reasonably model/manufacturer correct look, but add
some side support and adjustable headrests - so aftermarket Momo Sparco OMP
