I got one from NAPA (about two years ago now) It wasn't the correct
nail head style, but did only have the one terminal (spade.) You
might check if they still have them.

What's the skinny on getting this part? I don't see it in the CI
catalog and AMES says to inquire about the price. AMES does sell one
with a double terminal (incorrect style).
