The biggest thing I am having trouble with is what order the bumper, grills, headlight assemblies go on.

Assuming that it would be pretty much like a '67 I have a bunch of pictures I took when I disassembled ours. It went back together alright, but it was pretty time consuming if I remember correctly. LMK if you would like the pics, I could round them up and email them to you this weekend. Maybe by looking at the pics I would remember the steps also...
