If you are pretty sure its coming from the rear glass, probably the window channel has a rust hole... is this a new leak? other areas I found to leak into the trunk are (and mine is a vert): 1)around tail lights 2)at bumper connections to the body, around the bolts at the rear quarter 3)On mine (and I`ve seen several others) theres a pinhole under the rubber gasket around the trunk opening , on the pass side, right at the rear corner where the metals come together, to see it you have to lift the gasket there Bjorn 69m vert./HALFmember /Housaton, Tx. ________________________________ Subject: water draining into trunk? From: "Eric Heinrich" <[email protected]> Date: Tue, 19 May 2009 22:25:33 -0400 Rainwater drains into the trunk. It appears to somehow get there from the rear glass, under the trim and rear cowl. Is this supposed to be this way? Is there a different drain route? The water has to go somewhere or it would just collect under the trim and rust the rear cowl out.... Really tired of water dripping into the trunk...
