First Generation Firebird-L Mailing List ......................................................................... Is the hole located in the rear of the engine where the tranny bolts up? Shall I assume if I get oil up to the valve covers, This screw is installed? I am freaking out now being the whole engine is ready to fire up. I dread that I may have to drop the tranny to find out...Is there any sure fire way to make sure that this plug is installed without removing the tranny?
