HOWEVER, many dealers did install them once they were at the dealership. Just like the RA package was not installed into the hood until the car was at the dealer. So could you buy a 68 Firebird with spoilers front and rear off the show room floor, YES. Did Pontiac build them that way, NO. That was my understanding from the list years ago.
