Something i will mention, is that 16" tires are hard to find in wide sizes. With a short sidewall without getting into road race slicks. About the widest 16" tire I could find was a 225/45/16 or 225/50/16 (Which would look better on a 16" wheel on a firebird) for my WRX, just something to think about.
