Hi Brett...damn good to be back instead of lurking. Was hoping for a 67-68
vert but couldn't turn this down and green cars seem to find me...lol. I am
a fan of the rally II's without the trim rings on this car...i think it
looks right with the ladder bars. They are 15's, but the seller gave me the
original 14's plus 2 extra in case i want to go that way. have to get some
grease off to see the build date, but it has to be an early one because the
vent balls (thx to Kelly) are from a 68, and all the seat belts are tagged
with 68 labels...and are in incredible condition. i fully expect to find
the build sheet when i take the back seat out. As for the Juick...actually
found a guy to paint this winter...at the rate he is going I will be lucky
if he is done by spring...but doing a nice job so far. Good to hear from
you again...

What is the build date? Did they start painting the late 69 motors the
lighter
blue? I thought I remembered something about that at some point? Getting
old I guess...
I'm sure you'll have lots of research to do for a while... just don't
neglect the
truck or the BuJimmy... (still want to make the 49-54 Pontiac Truck, that

Never made - GMC base, Pontiac trim, 1st Gen Subframe and a 455 to top it
off)
