Cool! Thanks Bo...i looked at my wheels and they are in fact stamed JK with
the number 25 after them...not sure what that means...but at least they are
the original rims.

In '69, Rally II V-8 wheels were stamped JK, Standard V-8 or Sprint were
stamped IF.

There is usually a 2-letter code on the front of each rim and a date code
also. The year is usually stamped small under the small "M" or "MI" if I
remember correctly. The month and day are to the left and right of the
valve
stem. JA is the code for the 1969 GTO disc brake wheels, but Firebird may
be
different. I'll bet someone else will know the letter code.
