They also state the the switch is mounted to the parking brake pedal. And unless both of my 68s (convertible and coupe, 6 cyl and 8) are wrong, the switch is mounted to the wall beside the pedal.

Hi all, I am fixing the mess made of the interior on the 68 400 I just got. I need to find the little metal piece the fits between the parking brake switch and the cable (the part that sits against the switch when the brake is not on). I've looked at the usual places (AMES, Classic, etc.) but no luck. Anyone have one or know where I can get one?
