ahh, now I see. Overlooked this because before my actual problem
Firebird was always returning my records within an eyeblink and I used
something like:
da = New FbDataAdapter(strCmd, Conn)
da.FillSchema(dt, SchemaType.Source)
da.Fill(dt)
I'll try using datareader.
