Granted these are commercial products but I have been using them for years and
have found them to be quite reliable with decent technical support as well.
However, if you are interested in developing such a tool, maybe we could
collaborate. I work with the Microsoft development products and primarily
develop for the desktop in VB.NET but I am fluent in C#. I haven't done any
web development in years and prefer to stay away from it given the complete
mess such development has become...
