Hi, I'm a developer for the Orbited project in which we abuse HTTP, iframes, xhrs, script tags, and more, in so many ways. Firebug 1.1 stood fast through it all. Firebug 1.2 on the other hand causes all sorts of inexplicable and hard to reproduce problems. For instance, one of our developers spent about 12 hours trying to figure out why an Orbited regression test based on xhr streaming was breaking in firefox 3, only to find out that it worked fine with firebug off, or on another computer that had firebug 1.1.
I am definitely all for the new updates and changes to firebug, and I'll try to isolate these problems when I get a chance, but for now I just want to download the old, tried and true firebug. Where can I find it? It seems to be missing from the website, and every lead I find on google seems to be a dead-end. -Michael Carter --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Firebug" group.
