Something I've noticed with 1.3a4 is that it doesn't seem like FB is correctly identifying line numbers for JavaScript coded in script blocks on an HTML page. The green highlighted numbers (meaning you can set breakpoints) do not line up with the source code displayed. Has anyone else noticed this? I'm going to revert to 1.3a2 to see if it happens there as well.
